On February 7th, the FREY Group's 2026 Annual Meeting and 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony kicked off with great enthusiasm, bringing together all FREY employees. Together, we reviewed the arduous journey of the past year, recognized outstanding representatives in various positions, further consolidated consensus, clarified direction, and joined hands to meet the challenges and opportunities of the new year. Let's now step into the annual meeting and relive some of the highlights!
The annual meeting was opened with a speech by Mr. Zhu Xiaozhong, Chairman of the FREY Group. Chairman Zhu first expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees and guests present, thanking everyone for their hard work and joint efforts in the past year, and reviewed the development achievements of 2025.
Chairman Zhu emphasized that in the future, the Group will continue to seek progress while maintaining stability, consolidating its core competitiveness. He hoped that all FREY employees would maintain a united and concerted fighting spirit, with consistent goals and actions, striving for excellence in their profession, and taking more determined steps to meet the challenges of the new year, jointly promoting FREY to achieve its strategic goals for 2026.
Following this, Group Vice Presidents Ma and Shu delivered speeches. They systematically outlined the key tasks, goals, and challenges for 2026. They stated that 2026 will be a crucial starting point for the FREY Group as it moves towards a new stage of high-quality development, and that every FREY employee is a vital force driving the Group's continued progress. They expressed their hope that all employees will continue to unite and work together to write a new chapter in FREY's development.
The steady development of the FREY Group is inseparable from the joint efforts of every employee. In the past year, a group of outstanding employees distinguished themselves in their respective positions. The Group established several honorary awards to recognize outstanding individuals and teams. This honor belongs not only to the exemplary figures on stage but also to every FREY employee who quietly contributes and continuously creates value in their ordinary positions.
After the grand commendation ceremony, Group Chairman Zhu, along with the management team, took to the stage to toast, and the entire audience raised their glasses in celebration. Accompanied by a burst of fireworks, they extended New Year's blessings to everyone.
During the banquet, a special surprise interactive segment was set up—five Gods of Wealth appeared on stage to offer blessings, ushering in a prosperous and auspicious new year.
Multiple rounds of highly anticipated lucky draws were held, with generous prizes and tense announcements intertwined, resulting in a string of lucky winners amidst cheers and laughter.
In addition, the annual meeting featured a special Chairman's Special Award encore, where several exclusive rewards, imbued with warmth and a sense of ceremony, were announced, offering lucky employees a meaningful New Year's surprise.
At the end of the annual meeting, Phil Group distributed New Year's gifts to all employees to thank them for their hard work throughout the year. Each gift carried the Group's care and gratitude for its employees, conveying warmth and blessings, wishing everyone success in their careers and happiness in their lives in the new year.
